Troubleshooting Methods

Reset the Router
It’s okay to reset the router and revert it to factory setting. You can do this if you have forgot your password and username. Press the reset button and hold it for 10 seconds. By the time it turns on, it’s already set to default settings.

Login Page won’t Load
It usually happens because you don’t have internet connection. A slow internet connection might as well interrupt the page to load. Also, make sure you have selected the right router IP address as the default.

IP Conflict
IP Conflict occurs as there’s more than just one router at the vicinity. You should change the router’s setting to static mode. It will prevent IP conflict and give you extra protection as hackers couldn’t access it.
