Product Defects:

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you must email us at within 30 days of receiving your product with details of the product and the defect.


Returns Process

Once we receive your request and verify the date of receipt or defect (if applicable), we will send you a RETURN APPROVAL email with instructions on how to proceed.  

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine its condition and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

In order for your request to be processed:

-       Your item must be in the original packaging and in original condition.

-       Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
