Returns.

 

We are only able to exchange goods if they are defective.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you must email us at support@eggcyte.com within 14 days of receiving your product with details of the product and the defect.

Once we receive your request and verify the defect, we will send you a RETURN APPROVAL email.  You can send the item to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

In order for your request to be processed:

-       Your item must be in the original packaging and in original condition.

-       Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
